Mike and his team were able to complete all of our projects, including changing lighting, installing fans, replace existing flooring, painting, and even knocked a wall out and installed support pillars to expand a room. Mike is a true perfectionist when it comes to a job and it was wonderful to work with someone who pays attention to every detail. He is very prompt especially getting a hold of him and he wants to make sure that he does the best job he can for you. He built our fireplace in our living room and before we got started, he even took some samples home to work out the best placement and get a feel for working with them. When he got started, he kept me informed every step of the way of what he was going to do. I am so pleased with the finished product and I know my family will enjoy this for years to come. We contacted Lake Anna Home Solutions about replacing nine large 10"x10" redwood columns supporting a long porch roof overhang on our vacation home at Lake Anna. Some had rotted at the base overtime. Mike came up with a good solution using pressure treated 6x6 lumber and thick rough cedar boards to wrap and match the existing look. They did a great job replacing all the posts and painting to match the old ones. He is a very professional and a good communicator and kept us informed of the status of the job from start to finish. I would definitely ask Lake Anna Home Solutions to do additional work for us in the future.
